Are MysticHot’s embroidery designs machine-generated or hand-designed?

Every embroidery design is hand-drawn and manually digitized by our professional artists. We never use automated conversion tools.

What is special about your embroidery technique?

We use high-density satin stitching with 20,000–30,000 stitches per portrait. Combined with premium Madeira polyester thread, the embroidery resists fading and deformation even after repeated washing.

Can I preview the embroidery before production?

Yes, we provide a digital embroidery proof (digitized preview) upon request.

Can I return a custom-made item?

Custom items cannot be returned due to change of mind. However, our Craftsmanship Guarantee covers manufacturing or embroidery defects — we will remake or refund your order.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounts for large or corporate orders. Please contact us via chat or email for assistance.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update your address. Please contact us immediately.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

For non-custom items, cancellation is allowed before shipment. For custom items, contact us within two hours to modify or cancel your order.

What kind of photos are best for custom embroidery?

Please upload a well-lit, eye-level close-up photo. Avoid using filters or blurry cropped images. For pets with black or dark fur, ensure the photo has sufficient light to show facial features so our designers can capture details.

Will the back of the embroidered pattern irritate my skin?

No. We used a skin-friendly tear-away stabilizer and protective layer on the back of the embroidery to ensure it remains soft and comfortable against the skin and will not irritate sensitive skin.

How do I clean and care for my custom-embroidered clothes?

We recommend turning the garment inside out and machine washing it in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not iron the embroidered area directly. Air drying will maximize the lifespan of the embroidery.

Do your items shrink or fade after washing?

With proper care, our embroidered items maintain their quality.
